We would like to add additional members to our Digital Committee to assist Rahul.

The main responsibilities are:
• Setting up the competitions on the TCC laptop, and on competition nights setting up
the equipment and running the competition.
 •After the competition, the score sheets and images need to be sent to the Webmaster
and the Outside Competition chairperson.

You should be computer savvy and would need to have a home router to connect the
club laptop to the internet. A basic knowledge of Excel would be helpful, but is not
necessary.

You will be thoroughly instructed and assisted in the PhotoContest Pro software we use
for the competitions. You may also be called upon to assist new members in learning how to use the
competition software. These duties would take up only a few hours each month and some months none at all.

With this position comes the privilege of becoming a board member and being eligible
to vote on club issues.

Mentor for New Members

We could also use some veteran members to act as mentors for new members, helping them to become familiar with club rules and how to submit images for digital competitions.
